Description
Manufactured from specially selected polymeric fibers and a unique manufacturing technology known as hydro-entanglement which users high pressure water jets, Cleanwash is a non-woven product which has been specifically formulated for the graphic arts industry.Â
Cleanwash has been conclusively proven to perform well on all offset printing presses that are fitted with automatic blanket cleaning systems.
Its exceptional cleaning efficiency results in the use of smaller quantities of cleaning solutions so its impact on the environment is therefore minimal. In addition to
its exceptional cleaning efficiency this product leaves the blanket unaffected and with absolutely no linting.
As a result of its chemical composition (45% polyester fiber and 55% wood pulp)
Cleanwash has:
- Excellent resistance to tearing and stretching
- Better absorbency and better cleaning efficiency
- A smoother surface so no damage to the blanket
Cleanwash is now available in three grades.
- 1. 68 gsm blue
- 2. 70 gsm white
- 3. 90 gsm white
Jumbo rolls and cassettes (mini rolls) are readily available in the 68 gsm and 70 gsm grades however the 90 gsm white is only available for the Goss M600 and the Komori 40
press.
Today pre wetted washcloths are now available for the following cleaning applications:
