Description
Prewet washcloth rolls have been fully tested and are currently being used on a large number of presses in Australia, New Zealand and Thailand.
This includes the sheetfed presses Ryobi 520, Ryobi 680, Ryobi 750, Ryobi 920, the 790mm Sakurai, Akiyama JPJ 40 and the conventional, H-UV, LED Komori 40 presses as
well as the web Heatset Goss 600 and the web news 1700mm GEOMAN.
These rolls have been conclusively proven to thoroughly clean the blankets however, unlike the other pre impregnated washcloth rolls on the market the solvent used in JCS
packaging Prewet rolls dries quickly and in doing so paper wastage is significantly reduced. The solvent used in these rolls is also non-hazardous and does not exhibit any
detrimental effects on the printing plates and blankets.
Prewet rolls are available for cleaning UV or conventional inks and are individually vacuum packed to ensure the solvent has no way of escaping so at all times the correct amount of
solvent is present in each roll.
CAUTION: All Prewet rolls must be stored horizontally at all times to prevent the solvent from migrating to the lower end of the roll.
Made from a premium, non-woven material, the washcloths will not break under tension providing a problem free wash-up at all times.
The products are non linting and efficiently remove all UV ink for an effective automatic blanket wash on any press.
